What We Will Do While in Your Home

Sales & Survey Appointments

We will carry out sales home visits whilst wearing suitable PPE. They will only be removed if a safe 2m social distance can be maintained and you are happy for them to do so. Any measurements will be taken whilst wearing personal protective equipment.

Installation

Our installation teams operate in working bubbles and have all the PPE they require to travel and carry out work safely. Upon completion of installation our team will display how to operate products if necessary and will do so from a safe distance while wearing a mask and gloves. Any debris will be tidied using their own equipment and the products installed will be disinfected.

Preparing Your Home For Our Visit

It is important that you immediately inform us if anyone in your household is shielding, in quarantine, or displaying symptoms of Covid-19.

If possible, it would be helpful if you could move any furniture that may get in our way before any installation work is carried out. We know this may not be possible and our staff have the equipment to work around this if necessary.

When we arrive let us know where you would like to have any discussion relating to sales or the installation. This would preferably be outside or a large, well-ventilated room in which it is possible to maintain social distancing of 2m.

Leaving internal doors open helps us to minimise contact with handles. You don’t have to be present during an installation. If it is preferable we can meet you at your home first thing in the morning to collect keys and carry out the installation while you are out.
